a full media/file explorer for your Base44 app, similar to Windows Explorer or Azure Blob Storage, where you can see:  ✅ All images (used and unused) ✅ File size/weight ✅ Dimensions ✅ Alt text ✅ Date created ✅ Whether the file is currently in use or not Base44 currently doesn't have this kind of full media management panel built in. incloding option to delete and to convert to webp
