Add app lifecycle primitives (delete_base44_app, archive_base44_app)

CareerGuard AI was rebuilt this week — the old app was locked by an oversized logo blocking all edits and had to be removed via UI. As a 135-app portfolio ages, lifecycle operations are inevitable.

Requested primitives:

• delete_base44_app({ appId }) — hard-delete with a confirmation token

• archive_base44_app({ appId }) — soft-archive in place (hide from dashboard, keep data)

Cleanup today requires UI clicks on every dead app. At portfolio scale, an MCP endpoint is necessary.
