Add clone_base44_app for templated new-app creation

Every new app in my portfolio today is a bespoke edit_base44_app conversation — hours of builder prompts to arrive at my "gold-standard template" state (bridge Layer 1 entities, Super Agent config, Stripe wiring, legal pages). A clone-from-template endpoint would collapse new-app setup from hours to a single tool call.

Requested primitive:

• clone_base44_app({ sourceAppId, destName, transforms }) — clone a source app into a new one, with optional transforms (rename, rebrand, swap domain entities)

This primitive multiplies the value of every other MCP improvement. Combined with a publish endpoint and Super Agent config, it turns new app launches from a day-long event into a minute-long operation.
