Title: Add confirmation step before processing plan upgrades urgent consumer protection issue
Description:
The Upgrade button is positioned directly next to the Publish button in the editor toolbar, with no confirmation dialog before the upgrade is processed and payment is charged. This is a serious consumer protection risk for the following reasons:
Accidental upgrades : The button placement makes it extremely easy to click unintentionally, especially on smaller screens or when navigating quickly.
Minor users : In households where minors have access to a parent's device or saved payment methods, a single misclick can result in an unauthorized charge with no warning or confirmation step.
No "Are you sure?" prompt: There is currently zero friction between clicking Upgrade and being billed. This exposes Base44 to potential disputes, chargebacks, and complaints to consumer protection agencies.
Suggested fixes: Add a confirmation dialog ("Are you sure you want to upgrade? You will be charged $X") before any upgrade is processed.
Consider a PIN or password re-entry requirement before billing actions.
Reposition the Upgrade button away from frequently used action buttons like Publish.
This is not just a UX issue it is a legal and financial liability risk for Base44 and its users.
