Add PayPlus Integration for Base44

For users in Israel, payments are a real limitation. Stripe isn’t available here, and most businesses rely on PayPlus as a primary processor.

Right now, this makes it difficult to build and scale products on Base44. Even a solution through Zapier (PayPlus → Zapier → Base44) could already help a lot if a direct integration isn’t available yet.

There’s a growing number of Israeli builders who want to use Base44, but payments are the main blocker. Supporting PayPlus would unlock this entire market and make adoption much easier.
