Add Video Generation Integration (Runway/Pika/Stable Video Diffusion)

I'd like to request a video generation integration for my app. Specifically, I need the ability to convert static images into videos with motion effects.

Preferred services (in order of preference):

Runway Gen-2 or Gen-3
Pika Labs
Stable Video Diffusion
Any similar AI video generation service
Key features needed:

Upload source image
Add motion prompts (optional)
Set video duration (2-10 seconds)
Receive generated video URL
Check generation status
This would enable my VideoAI app to actually generate real videos instead of simulating the process.
