Affiliate program contract translations and commissions

I took a look at the affiliate program, including a translation of the contract. It is unreadable in dutch. How about you head over to languagetool.org, and have them translate it using ai. The translations are almost 100% spoton, even with hard tech lingo. Or have it done with your own open.ai api. I mean, can’t expect me to sign a contract that is gibberish.

On top, it is not clear what the commission is exactly. Is is 100 dollar per lead that turns client, or is it 100 dollar per non disclosed number of new clients? What is this premium tier anyway? Surely feels like non-finished building, where it could help you to grow the company.
