Hey {name|there}! 👋

It would be ideal if the WhatsApp chatbot automatically sent a message to the app owner’s number when a customer finishes the flow or requests human support. This message should include a summary of the customer’s request and their contact details. This way, the agent would initiate contact with the app owner already providing all the necessary information.It would also be important to allow changing the profile photo and name displayed by the agent on WhatsApp.
