Allow ambassadors access to Elite 1 plan

Ambassadors should receive the Elite 1 plan since the credit limits are essentially the same. It would be a more fitting reward for the work ambassadors put in promoting Base44 and would better reflect the value of the ambassador program.

Additionally, it would be great if the support system allowed users to open multiple tickets freely, but with a transparent queue system — the more open tickets a user has, the longer the estimated wait time. This keeps things fair for everyone while still giving users flexibility.
