add an option similar to local environment secrets to enable the user to add custom script-tags to be injected directly in the <code>&lt;head&gt;</code> of the application. As far as I can tell this option is not there and since Base44 is managing the head section, I have no way of, for example, include a consent script that is always loaded before anything else is fired.

Añadir una opción similar a los secretos del entorno local para permitir al usuario añadir etiquetas de script personalizadas que se inyectarán directamente en el <code>&lt;head&gt;</code> de la aplicación.
