Allow removal of installed npm packages

Currently, once an npm package is installed in a Base44 app, there is no way to remove it — neither through the AI chat nor through any manual tool in the editor.

This is a significant limitation because unused packages increase the app's bundle size considerably. In my case, my app's APK reached 120 MB due to packages that are no longer needed, when it should be around 30–40 MB for a basic app.

Requested feature: Add the ability to remove installed npm packages from a project, either through the AI chat or through a dedicated interface in the app editor/dashboard.
