Allow unused credits to roll over to the next billing cycle

Currently, unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. As a paying customer, I believe credits that were purchased should not disappear if they were not used during a specific month.

Usage naturally varies from month to month. Some months require many credits, while others require very few.

Suggested solutions:

• Allow credits to roll over for one additional billing cycle; or

• Allow rollover up to a capped balance (for example 2x the monthly plan credits).

This would be much fairer for customers while still allowing predictable resource planning for Base44.
