Automated periodic full backup & one-click restore for Base44 apps

Currently, backing up a Base44 app requires multiple manual steps across different sections (code export, per-entity CSV exports, etc.), and there is no automated or scheduled backup option. This means data and configuration can be lost if something goes wrong between manual exports.

A proper backup system should include:

• Automated scheduled backups — daily, weekly, or custom intervals

• Full scope — covering app code/frontend, all entity data, app settings, automations, and configuration

• One-click restore — select a backup point and restore everything in a single action

• Backup history — retain the last N backups so you can roll back to any recent point

• Notifications — alert the app owner if a scheduled backup fails
