Backend Functions > Deployment > Clear Status & Ability to Trigger

Currently, there’s no way to know whether a backend function was deployed and if this deploy was successful or not. In addition, there’s no way to know when the function will be deployed and what’s “holding it” from happening.

Therefore, beyond clear information about its status, we need a way to manually trigger its deployment because undeployed BE function prevents the user from continue to work on the app.
