Base44 Performance getting worse

I have a Pro account; I have created a few apps. Recently I am creating 2 apps for my own business needs, and it’s about 80% done. But in recent weeks, the builder always hangs, or the “your app is loading” screen comes, and I have to restore/revert so much of my work back again to restore it to work again.

Today also, even when I asked Base44 to check the code for any bugs and unwanted DB calls and optimise it, while performing- the builder crashed. For some reason the app did not load even after I reverted the message last message. I tried to restore the previous version; 4 of the last versions had problems, and it asked me to contact the admin for help.

Kept saying, ‘Unexpected error: please contact support@modal.com (Error code: ). Now I have rolled back so much of my work to get the app to load again.

Technically, I have wasted almost 1/3 of my credits on these rollbacks and restores and redoing them.

got scared and thought to keep a copy by cloning before I started working again; that clone/copy app also failed midway (error 500)And I'm surprised to find out that we do not have customer service or tech support who can help when we are having issues.

I'm not sure how to fix all these; I tried so many times closing, logging out, and all. Can anyone help me with a way to resolve the issues
