Basic Note Creation During Updates

I would like to be able to type notes stream-of-consciousness style while the Build AI is working. I understand why the chat portion of the window locks, and I realize that I can’t make changes to any of the other files while it’s working (and I get that too).

I’ve lost count of the number of times though that I’ve hit enter to start the AI working on something and then remembered something else I need to put in once it is done working. A simple notes text frame that doesn’t lock or reset as the AI is working would be great. I currently have to have notepad open separately and constantly copy/paste text back and forth and not having to have multiple apps open across multiple monitors just for basic note-taking would be very useful.
