Billing issue has disabled account with no support, $100/MO!?!

I’m trying to get support for my business plan but for $100 a month I can’t get support if i’m having issues over the weekend?

My account says to upgrade my billing information but it continues to decline all of the payment methods that I attempt. Of course it's not letting me send any messages.
