browsing replies on tickets is a bit confusing: when i click the tab 'new reply on your ticket' then first problem is opening in new web page. which is not expected. and after clicking its not showing where and what is the reply, and which ticket? it appears same like previous page. something is not right. also it only says a new reply on ticket but which ticket is not showin ion the heading. so its more confusing. meeds some update in its usage. every click on notification opening new web page which is hard to work with and eapecially when closing the web pages for each notifrication.
