Product Feedback — Base44 App Builder AI

I am building a specialist FM compliance platform on Base44 (Chrysalis FM CORE). I have multiple accounts across Elite, Pro, and Builder tiers, with several workspaces open simultaneously. I have spent hundreds of pounds. All of it for two apps.

Not because my briefs have been unclear. They have been concise, short, and precise. The problem is the builder AI.

Specific issues:

• It hallucinates model identifiers. It told me it had set "gpt_5_5" and "Opus-level" — neither exist. My production AI agent was running on an unknown model as a result.

• Simple one-line instructions are routinely ignored or only partially actioned.

• It autonomously changes colours, icons, and text without being asked. It adds things to my apps I never requested. This is not a minor bug — it is a serious breach of trust for someone building a proprietary commercial product.

• Support response has been near non-existent. Two replies across multiple messages — one for a billing issue, one about a tab title overriding my custom OAuth login with "Base44" branding, stripping any proprietary identity from apps I built and own.

The cost of this:

I left a senior position and a £160,000 salary to launch a new business in the UK with genuinely groundbreaking FM technology that does not exist in my industry. I have been committed, focused, and clear in my direction. The platform has drained me of money and energy through no fault of my own.

The fix:

Embed a precision AI — like the Superagent — directly into the app builder. It reads actual code, executes exact instructions, and does not hallucinate. That capability inside the builder would have saved me months of frustration and significant cost.

You have a good infrastructure. The Superagent is genuinely excellent. But the builder AI is letting serious customers down at the worst possible moment — when they are betting real money on your platform.
