Bulk csv import improvements

It is nice that I can upload csv files in the backend to import data into base44, but there are two key limitations.

1. There is currently no way to update data in bulk. Whenever I attempt to, by exporting the csv, keeping the id column intact, and making changes to individual fields in existing rows, upon importing the csv, base44 ignores the id and treats all rows in the file as new entries, creating duplicate entries that are very tedious to clean up. This is fundamental need for any bulk database management.

2. There is no status bar for when an import has been submitted. When I submit an import, I would expect to see a confirmation somewhere that it has been submitted, and be able to get a time estimate for how long it will take until it is fully uploaded, but this appears to be missing entirely.
