Canonical is wrong compared to the live URL - bug

I have been in contact with Base44 which told me to raise this bug. Canonical URL format is wrongly added. Based on

https://docs.base44.com/Performance-and-SEO/SEO-and-search-visibility it’s not correct.

Check

https://sitealive.io/whatismyip/

Then check the source Canonical which is <link href="https://sitealive.io/whatismyip" rel="canonical"/>

As you can see the correct URL is with / in the end. The canonical creates without. There is no way around this..

In reality this is two pages which then is duplicate. Google webmaster tools also highlights this! This is critical to have fixed asap. Same goes with /sitemap.xml which also creates wrong URLs compared to what the site acually lives on.
