Chat > Indication for updating/updated an entity record

The chat UI should be specific regarding updated entity records.

Why is this needed?
When updating one record in an entity the chat UI shows the message “Updating all entities records”

This creates the alarming and false scare that the AI Assistant is changing the entire app database.

Once it finished its work the chat UI shows the message “Updated all entities records” , as you can see in the attached image:

I don’t understand why this happens when the chat UI can be specific to the changed record and entity or at least more specific to state the entity name when creating a new record in an entity.
