Confirmation before your plan is upgraded

I know there is a little blurb that says “pressing upgrade will confirm your payment” but that doesn’t protect against accidental hits with a touch screen.

I accidently hit it and it automatically upgraded and charged me over $700. Luckily the support team was very responsive and able to revert the upgrade quickly.

Having a confirmation to hit a “Are you sure you want to upgrade” would save them some headache.
