Credit robbery

I feel completely robbed, that the credits do not carry over, because i was on holiday and needed some down time, as an elite subscriber this feels like i'm being robbed after parting with well earned cash, we are all entitled to have a break from working including projects, it feels like day light robbery from a company making milliopns from subscribers, i pay for the elite so would have expected this to carry over, my mobile phone contracts does, its not like i’ve not paid upfront for what i’m using, you are quick enough to stop completing part of the project when i run out of credits or offer me more ways to pay, whats the point when i can not carry the credits i pay for over, seriously need to look at this or i’m starting to look elsewhere for another platform, its bad enough when the service is slow to react when coding within the app😡
