Dear Support Team, I am sharing a complete summary of my case regarding issues faced while using the Base44 app for your review and resolution: 1. Credit Purchase & Usage Issue • I initially purchased 100 credits and fully utilized them. • Within the same billing cycle, I upgraded and purchased an additional 250 credits. • However, instead of receiving a full 250-credit allocation, the system shows 100/250. • This means my previous usage was carried forward, and I did not receive the full benefit of the second purchase. From a user perspective, this feels like paying twice but not receiving full credits for the second plan. 2. Expectation vs System Behavior • When a plan is fully utilized and a new plan is purchased, it should ideally be treated as a fresh allocation. • The current system reduces the value of the second purchase, which creates confusion and dissatisfaction. 3. Impact on Work • Due to the credit limitations, my work has been delayed for the past 4 days. 4. Requested Resolution I kindly request the following actions: • Review my credit usage and upgrade timing • Consider a restoration of 100 credits as a goodwill gesture • Ensure credits are not consumed due to system errors 5. Policy Feedback I strongly recommend reviewing the current credit policy: • If a user purchases a second plan after fully utilizing the first, it should be treated as a fresh allocation • This will improve user experience, avoid work delays, and build stronger customer trust At present, due to these challenges, it is difficult for me to recommend the platform. However, if resolved, it will positively impact user satisfaction and encourage more subscriptions. I request you to kindly treat this matter as urgent and provide a prompt resolution.
