Direct link in verification emails to prevent user lock-out

Currently, if a user closes the registration window after receiving the 6-digit code, they can't return to the verification screen. This creates a "lock-out" because the email is registered but unverified.

Proposed Solution:

1. Add a "Verify Account" button in the email that redirects to the code entry page.

2. Allow unverified users to be redirected to the verification screen when trying to "Sign in".
