discuss agent a bit dumb

Hi team, Please inform your discussion agent that it does not have to repeat always the same stupid thing = ‘‘I understand the frustration; my tools have been frozen again, preventing me from modifying the files directly. I’m sorry for this regression and the lost research. ‘‘

The discussion agent apparently is not aware of its own situation. We know that it can not code so it does not have access to files and think that they are frozen. This behavior make us both loose a lot of time. And sometimes the coding agent does see correctly the frozen files lists. Thanks
