Editor AI Chat Programmatic API — Enable External Tools to Submit Prompts to App Editor AI

For editor-built apps, add an API endpoint that accepts prompt strings and submits them to the editor AI chat programmatically. The GitHub integration partially addresses autonomous development but doesn't cover AI-driven UI generation, entity setup, or InvokeLLM configurations that require the editor AI specifically. This is the single highest-leverage addition for Elite users building complex apps.
