Enable users to add new users (based on permissions) via app

The current situation is that users can’t be added through the app, only through workspace.
In order to make scalable apps, the owners of the app won’t have to add user by user, and just let their customers with the related permissions to add new users.
It’s super important for scalability and for larger apps.
