Enable Web Share Target API in PWA Manifest

Currently, direct modifications to the PWA manifest, such as enabling the Web Share Target API for

share_target

configurations, are managed at the platform level and are not directly accessible for users to edit.

Adding this as a feature requires direct platform level development.

For example, this features let user to share files such as jpeg or pdf directly to the apps. The apps will also available or can be seen on the sharing screen. This will be useful for apps that require input in image or pdf.
