Enhance API with Add and Delete Functionality for Database Management

To improve the robustness of Base44, it is crucial to provide greater control over the database. Currently, the API allows fetching and updating data, but adding and deleting records should also be supported.

In Settings → API, users should be able to select an entity and have the option to add or delete records, ensuring comprehensive database management.
