I have a problem with the base44 plan.

My subscription is Elite200, so far so good, but my credit ran out before the expiration date.
I tried to charge my card and my wife got scared and canceled the purchase.
Now I'm trying to switch to the Elite 300 plan and I get the message that there's an outstanding amount. and that's not true. and now my plan is counting down the days to 300 days to reactivate.
I need urgent help.
