The build environment seems to experience significant performance slow downs during peak periods. Great variation in response times in the preview environment at different times of the day or night, which can become frustrating. Seems to indicate resource constraints caused by growth in the number of active developers. Please monitor, measure and resolve with additional resources as needed.
