Feature Request: App-Level & User Timezone Support

Please add native timezone handling to Base44.

Proposed options:

• Select an app default timezone at creation (editable later)

• Optional use user/device timezone for display

• Store timestamps in UTC, convert on display

Many Base44 apps are time-driven (operations, healthcare, logistics). Currently, timestamps require manual correction across multiple views and workflows, which creates errors and extra work.

This would significantly improve accuracy, reduce friction, and benefit all Base44 customers—not just a single use case.
