Feature Request: Detailed Integration Credit Usage Overview

Hello Base44 Team,

I would love to see a much more detailed overview of integration credit usage.

Currently, under:
Workspace → Settings → Credit Usage
it is only possible to see which apps consume credits in total, but there is no transparent breakdown on a function or integration level.

Problem

In my case, an app unexpectedly consumed a very large amount of credits through an OpenAI integration. Right now, it is difficult to understand:

• which specific function is consuming credits

• which integration is being used

• how many credits are consumed per action/API call

• which processes are especially expensive

• whether built-in integrations or custom API keys are being used

This becomes especially difficult to manage with larger apps or multiple team members.

Feature Request / Suggested Improvements

A centralized overview outside of the individual apps including:

Global Credit Analytics

• Credit usage per app

• Credit usage per function

• Credit usage per integration

• Credit usage per user/team member

• Historical usage trends (daily/weekly/monthly)

Detailed Integration Insights

For example:

• InvokeLLM

• GenerateImage

• SendEmail

• External APIs

• Automations

• AI workflows

Including:

• Number of requests

• Credits consumed

• Average cost per request

• Last usage timestamp

• Error rate

Monitoring & Security Features

Additionally, the following features would be extremely useful:

• Credit limits per app

• Alerts for unusual credit consumption

• Real-time monitoring

• Request-level logs

• Cost forecasting

Why This Matters

At the moment, there is not enough transparency or cost control, especially for AI-heavy or API-driven applications. For production-level business apps, a detailed credit analytics system would be extremely valuable to:

• optimize costs

• identify issues faster

• detect inefficient workflows

• prevent unexpected credit usage
