EVERYONE PLEASE THUMBS UP THIS SO WE CAN GET IT DONE! When publishing you need an internal publish for internal purposes then a public publish for the live app everyone is using.

Feature Request:  Have two Publish options, one for internal testing and one for public.  The private mode and share options are not suitable for this type of need.
