<ul><li>Full app backup &amp; restore functionality</li><li>Bulk file download</li></ul>it is a necessity to back up our info and site in full as we go along if you disappear I don’t want to have to start over from scratch. I don’t want downtime. I want to pop it back in somewhere and be up and running again. I don’t want to have to put back all my files, and images. This needs to be accessible. To hog our files to force a subscription and not give them back is not okay. Our site is our and so is what we upload to it so it stands to reason you can’t keep it! Your platform works great but this needs to be accessible to us like you indicate 100% ours! Please work on making that happen please. You are still the best around. I tested a few and it works well here. But give us access to a FULL downoad our site please.
