GitHub export fails: missing `workflows` permission blocks push when .github/workflows exists

When connecting a Base44 app to GitHub, the export fails if the project contains any .github/workflows/*.yml files.

Error: "refusing to allow a GitHub App to create or update workflow .github/workflows/claude.yml without workflows permission"

The Base44 Builder GitHub App currently has permissions for metadata, administration, code, and repository hooks β€” but NOT the workflows scope. This means any project that has workflow files (e.g. claude.yml added by the AI) cannot complete the GitHub export.

The repo gets created on GitHub but remains empty because the push is rejected.

Requested fix: Either add workflows permission to the Base44 Builder GitHub App, or skip/exclude .github/workflows/ files during the export push.
