Hello team, help me out with the following issue please. I upgraded from the free plan to the starter plan, so I received this email. Then I tried to upgrade from the starter to the builder plan and I got the message attached. image.png I only spend 30 message of 100 that the started plan offers and this seems like I have lost the payment I already made of $20 and now if I want to upgrade to the builder plan I need to pay the full 50usd for the new plan and what happen with the 20usd that I already pay and with the remaining 70 messages? Please advise and help.
