I am pretty unsatisfied here.

Yesterday I spent approximately 6 hours struggling to build one simple app for event planning. The interface is polite but so many times I had to ask multiple times for a change, sometimes different ways up to six times to get the change. Lastly, the last important change appeared implemented last night and is now not working but guess what? Because I had to ask some many times, so many ways for the changes I am out of credits. I think I need a refund.
