I feel Ive been duped. I created an app to try out the service. I was trying to do month to month plan just to see how Base worked. Even though I chose a month to month plan you deducted for a year subscription. I want my money back. I haven't been able to speak to anyone. Had no way of contacting anyone. Ive just been out here feeling like on my own. Months has went by because Ive not been able to find anyone to tell about my experience. I went on YouTube and found a video explaining ways to contact someone. This is ridiculous what A person has to do to get help.
