I intended to pay for the Starter plan today in order to launch my app; however, I have discovered that it is not possible to launch an app using this plan. Therefore, I would like to cancel the service. My sole reason for making the payment was to launch my app; had I known that the Starter plan does not allow for app launches, I would not have proceeded with the payment. I made the payment just a few hours ago. I would like to request a refund.
