I would like to leave a suggestion regarding the current subscription and credit system of the platform.

At the moment, the monthly plan model ends up limiting my workflow a bit, and honestly, it’s the only part of the platform that I haven’t really liked so far.

It would be very interesting to have a more flexible and personalized way to purchase credits, such as standalone credit packs separated by usage category. In my case, for example, I barely use integrations, so it feels unnecessary to pay monthly for something I almost never use, while other resources I use much more frequently.

Another issue is that every month I have to manually monitor my message credits to avoid either running out or having leftovers, which becomes unpleasant and negatively affects the overall user experience.

I believe a more flexible model could solve this very well, for example:

  • Standalone purchases of specific credits

  • Credits separated by category (messages, integrations, AI, automations, etc.)

  • Prepaid/top-up system

  • Ability to add extra credits whenever needed

  • Accumulative credits or credits with a longer expiration period

The platform is excellent and has evolved a lot, so I believe a more flexible billing system would make the experience even more professional and comfortable for users who work daily on large projects.
