If these apps are ours (as they are) why is the option to be able to give some one free access nor available

So I was trying to give some one access to the whole app with out paying for the subscription and the agent was telling me I had to do this whole big-whoopty- complicated 3 ring circus- process just to do this??;and not only that, I couldn't find where it was SAYING to even go to do this . And I'm convinced there isn't the process any where in base 44 like it was saying, and even the agent was sounding stressed when I asked about this which totally gave me vibes like I was really in control of nothing with my app and theos precious valuables. I should be able to give free access if I want so plz help me understand this !
