Integration Request - Outlook Email to Base44 Ticket System

Business Justification:

  • Centralize support requests from multiple shared mailboxes into one manageable system

  • Create audit trail and reporting capabilities for support operations

Technical Requirements:

  • Automatically create Base44 posts/tickets from emails received in specified shared mailboxes

  • Map email metadata (sender, subject, body, timestamp) to Base44 fields

  • Support multiple mailbox sources, including shared inboxes (IT, HR, Customer Support, etc.)

  • Maintain email threading/conversation history within tickets

  • Bi-directional sync for status updates and responses
