Base 44 seems amazing but when it comes to getting help, there is much to be desired. We need live chat help. Trouble tickets are taking over 2 weeks to get a response. I’ve only had one ticket responded to yet. What happens when the app is live and there is an emergency? I feel there is no direct help.
