Currently the text limit on logging a support ticket is /500.
I believe this should be at a minimum /1000. Or should be higher especially if you are on a higher tier plan. In all cases, we never manage to explain what exactly the bug or issue is as half way in limit is reached. Please consider increasing the work limit on support ticketing system.
