Make the workspace apps not share a credit pool

users should be able to spend their own monthly credits and not share a credit pool. this feature is very stupid and useless. even the support AI agrees with me. ‘Your point about shared credits is a really fair one — if members have their own daily limits, it can feel counterintuitive that a shared pool gets drained without you knowing. That kind of feedback is exactly what helps Base44 improve!’
