Master apps with deployable instances

I want the ability to create multiple instances of the same app while maintaining a single “master” app. The master app would be where all development and updates happen. When changes are made, I’d like to be able to publish those updates to all existing instances at once. Each instance would have its own separate data, but all would share the same core structure, logic, and features from the master app. This would let us scale without needing to build a single multi-tenant app that relies on organization IDs to separate data. The goal is to simplify maintenance and updates while still keeping customer data fully isolated.
