Message Credits - Annual Plans (Flexible)

The way message credits is issued needs to be re-worked. There’s been lots of feedback regarding having the ability to buy ‘Message Packs’ that gives us a bundle of message credits to help us top up or get to the finish line. This is what I would say is mandatory for you guys to look at. Could more than double/triple your guys revenue immediately.

In line with this, there are lots of us who are on Annual Plans, and any movement of tiers would be very costly and it would not be for a long term proposition. What I would suggest is, whatever tier you’re in, you should give us the message credits for the year immediately - ALL of it. For example, I’m in the ELITE tier which boasts 1,200 message credits per month; give me all 14,400 and I’ll use it as I see fit. Some months might require more, and some might be less. Coupled with message packs to purchase for top ups, it would make this platform truly friendly for all users. The way it’s being implemented doesn’t make any sense since you ask us to pay for the whole year upfront, but you’re going to cap me monthly?

These two changes would absolutely elevate this platform and boost productivity for all current and future users.
